1. About these terms

By using Able Neighbour (the "platform") you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out under it.

3. Community standards

Be kind. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove anything that breaches these standards.

4. Gallery content

You retain ownership of the work you post. By posting you grant Able Neighbour a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Don't post work that isn't yours.

5. Jobs & gigs

5.1 Jobs are arranged directly between members. Able Neighbour is not a party to any agreement formed between a poster and a tasker.

5.2 Verification disclaimer. We do not verify taskers' qualifications, certifications, insurance, DBS status, or any other credentials. Any claims made by a tasker are self-reported and have not been confirmed by us. Before appointing anyone, you are responsible for asking to see relevant credentials in person, checking insurance, reading their references on the platform, and using your own judgement. Able Neighbour is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work arranged through the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Able Neighbour is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
